How it Works

ReporaPro is designed by clinicians, with a clear focus on reducing report-writing time while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and high clinical standards. It transforms clinical assessment notes into structured neurodevelopmental reports and fits seamlessly into existing practice, with no new training, or technical setup required.

ReporaPro is a report writing aid to support the writing of neurodevelopmental assessment reports using clinical notes. It does not replace standardised assessment materials and should be used alongside the official ADOS-2, ADI-R, ACIA and DIVA assessment booklets.

Step 1. Add your notes

You enter your clinical notes directly into the online template. Each template mirrors the structure of the ADOS-2, ADI-R, ACIA and DIVA assessment booklet, reducing the risk of missing key information. Multiple ADI-R templates are available to suit different clinical preferences, and each assessment template is supported by a short video and crib sheet to guide notetaking and help generate the highest-quality report.

Step 2. Generate the report

Once your notes are complete, you simply select “Generate Report.” ReporaPro uses your written clinical notes to draft the relevant report sections, a process that typically takes only a few minutes. The system also offers options to generate content for the DSM-5 criteria table and to create a downloadable PDF that securely saves assessment scores and clinical notes.

The system does not invent information, all report content is generated solely from the clinical information you have entered.

Step 3. Review and check

The generated report is presented in a clear, structured format for full clinician review. Edits can be made as needed, though most clinicians find this stage focuses on refining wording and flow rather than rewriting content. If any discrepancies are identified, these can be traced back to the original clinical notes for clarification.

Overall, clinicians experience a significant reduction in report-writing time, with clinical time primarily spent reviewing, editing, and approving the final report. Reports can be easily adjusted to match individual writing styles or to correct any inconsistencies arising from the original notes, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical decision-making rather than report production.

Important clinical safeguards

ReporaPro is an assistive tool only.

  • It does not diagnose neurodevelopmental conditions
  • It does not make clinical judgements
  • It does not add conclusions beyond your notes
  • Final responsibility for accuracy, interpretation, and sign-off always remains with the clinician.
  • This report writing tool is not to replace standardised assessment booklets
  • Every report should be checked before use.

ReporaPro exists to reduce the time spent drafting reports, not to replace clinical expertise.
