2. Eligibility and Intended Use
ReporaPro is intended solely for qualified healthcare professionals.
By using the service, you confirm that:
- You are a registered or qualified healthcare professional.
- You are authorised to process any patient data you submit.
- You are using ReporaPro for legitimate clinical or professional purposes only.
ReporaPro may suspend or terminate access where eligibility is not met.
3. Nature of the Service
ReporaPro provides software tools that assist healthcare professionals in generating structured clinical reports and summaries.
ReporaPro:
- Does not provide medical advice.
- Does not make diagnoses.
- Does not replace clinical judgement.
You remain solely responsible for:
- All clinical decisions.
- The accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any generated report.
- Reviewing and verifying outputs before use.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
ReporaPro uses artificial intelligence to assist with report generation.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You must:
- Review all generated outputs carefully.
- Ensure clinical accuracy before use.
- Not rely solely on automated outputs for clinical decision-making.
5. Data Controller and Processor Roles
For any patient data entered or uploaded:
- You act as the data controller.
- ReporaPro acts solely as a data processor acting on your instructions.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring a lawful basis for processing patient data.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Complying with applicable data protection and clinical obligations.
ReporaPro does not retain patient data after processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ReporaPro for unlawful or non-clinical purposes.
- Upload or process data you are not authorised to handle.
- Attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Use the system in a way that could compromise confidentiality or security.
ReporaPro may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
7. Service Availability
ReporaPro is provided on an “as available” basis.
We may:

- Introduce new features.
- Temporarily suspend or discontinue parts of the platform for maintenance, security, or improvement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ReporaPro is not liable for:
- Clinical decisions made using generated reports.
- Reliance on AI-generated content.
- Errors or omissions in outputs where the user has not reviewed or verified them.
- Loss arising from misuse of the service.
- Indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
ReporaPro retains all rights in the software, platform, and underlying technology.
You retain ownership of:
- Your clinical inputs.
- The reports generated for you.
You may use generated outputs for legitimate clinical and professional purposes.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity conducted under your account.
- Not sharing access with unauthorised persons.
11. Suspension and Termination
ReporaPro may suspend or terminate access where:
- These Terms are breached.
- The service is misused.
- Required by law or regulatory obligation.
You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReporaPro after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
